Cauliflower Fried 'Rice'
Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 c cauliflower florets chopped finely
1 T sweet red pepper chopped
1 T green onions sliced
1 T green peas
1 clove garlic chopped finely
1 T red onion chopped
3/4 c spinach
3/4 c spinach
5 cashews chopped
1/2 tsp Braggs Liquid Aminos
(or soy sauce)
1 T oil
1 tsp nutritional yeast (optional)
1 tsp ground golden flax seeds (optional)
Procedure:
Heat a frying pan.
Add the oil and the chopped cashews.
Add the garlic, red onions, and green onions.
Add all ingredients except the spinach.
Mix.
Add the spinach last.
Saute until cooked.
