CUCUMBER NOODLE SALAD SunCooked

CUCUMBER NOODLE SALAD

Ingredients:

I 1/8 c raw cucumbers shredded

1/4 c shredded carrots (salted and rinsed)

1/4 c red bell peppers sliced finely

1/8 c cucumber sliced 

5 deglet dates pitted & sliced

1/8 c walnuts (sprouted or blanched)

4 almonds (sprouted or boiled and peeled) slivered

Dressing

1 1/2 T mandarin juice

1 T lime juice

1 T chopped ginger

1 T soy sauce (or Braggs liquid aminos)

1 t sesame chili oil

salt & pepper as required

Procedure

Mix all salad ingredients

Mix all the dressing ingredients and add to the salad

Mix well

Serve

CREAMY CAULIFLOWER

Ingredients:

1 c cauliflower florets chopped 

1/4 tsp garlic granules

1/4 tsp onion granules

salt and pepper to taste

1/4 c water

1/4 c cashew cream sauce*

Procedure:

Put all ingredients in a hot pan except the cashew cream sauce.

Mix and cook until water has evaporated.

Add the cashew cream sauce.

Mix. Turn off the sove and serve.

Use as a side dish to any dish or eat by itself.

PARANOIA

I will sound the the word 'PARANOIA' 
and see how i hear the word within my mind 
giving the word a definition 
that is an interpretation of the essential meaning of the word

Then, i will redefine it to give it  a meaning 
equal to my expression
one that i can live
as who i am

PARA - normal, the NOI-se  that mis- A- ligns what is real


Redefining the word 'Paranoia'
It is the process where one loses touch with reality as one enters the alternate reality within ones mind -  entertaining the noise -the fears, thoughts, backchats etc. and uses that to interpret and define reality - which gives reality a value that is more than or less than what it is.

So, instead of using the noise to interpret reality and give it a value that is more than or less than what reality is, which will not benefit us all, we can look at mapping the noise and looking at how we created the patterns, programs and systems within. 

Seeing this, we are then able to forgive ourselves and correct ourselves - rewriting the script within ourselves to a script that will guide us to live - as who we really are, as all that is here, birthed in this one life - as equals

Introduction

In this series, I am investigating the 'ins and outs' of 'eating healthy' and the role the mind plays in this, where one comes to a point of paranoia. I will reference my life journey  to show how i created this paranoia and 'i will take you with me'.in my journey to life. 

I lived based on my beliefs about food.

In a paranoia state, i went from eating meat, to eating cooked vegetarian food, to eating cooked vegan food, to eating raw food,  to feeding from the sun's energy/being a sungazer, to being a juice feaster, to beaing a fruitarian, being a raw foodist again, to investigating breatharianism /not eating nor drinking.

I came to a point where i asked myself, 'If eating is good, then not eating cannot be good', and if not eating is good, then eating cannot be good. Am i missing something?'

I will be looking at this question in the coming blogs.

Through this series i will open up how i lived these beliefs.

Before i investigated breatharianism, i was diagnosed with cancer.

I opted not to take chemotherapy and radiation at that time for a reason and here's the link to my story,

1 year after that, my oncologist said i was clear.

This was when I started to really look and investigate how i created this paranoia of eating healthy in 'my within' as the mind, how i created cancer and how i created this paranoia of eating healthy in 'my without' as this world system.
